Leader CRM vs ProABD: two broker CRMs, two ways to price
ProABD fits a broker who wants one published price of $349.95 a month, quotes from its own TAQ algorithm with no AI, PriceBot adjusting carrier pay on postings, and free white-glove migration. Leader CRM fits a desk that prices from recent paid Central Dispatch loads on the lane and wants a 7-day follow-up plan and an AI sales responder, with the price given on a live demo.
Leader CRM wrote this page, and Leader CRM is one of the two products compared here. The ProABD facts come from ProABD's own site and from Super Dispatch's integrations page, read on October 28, 2026, with links.
What ProABD is built for
ProABD says it is "built exclusively for auto transport brokers" on its home page, and its case is one bill in place of a stack of tools. It posts and manages loads through Central Dispatch, runs a two-step dispatch to Central Dispatch and Super Dispatch, and lists its own Dispatch Center load board. Super Dispatch's integration page confirms the Super Dispatch side, with orders created and load status tracked in one place.
Around that sit status-triggered emails, mass-mail campaigns, a two-way SMS inbox, digital-signature contracts with instant BOL PDFs, card charges through Authorize.Net, and a QuickBooks IIF export.
ProABD price and what costs extra
ProABD publishes one plan on its home page: $349.95 a month with one admin user, then $49.95 for each additional user. At that rate a five-user desk pays $549.75 a month before texting. Two add-ons are billed on top: two-way SMS on pay-as-you-go rates, and an optional CRM call-pop. Team onboarding and custom data migration are free, and ProABD says setup work usually takes a few hours. The trial needs no credit card and the plan runs month to month; the site does not state the trial length. Prices checked October 28, 2026.
Leader CRM has no published price. Free trial and a live demo. Brian gives the price on the demo call.

Two ways to price a car shipping quote
ProABD prices quotes with TAQ, its own instant quote algorithm, and says it uses no black-box "AI score". Once a load is posted, its PriceBot adjusts the carrier pay on your load board postings by rules you set. Central Dispatch pricing data in its quotes is not stated on its site.
Leader CRM starts from what carriers were paid. Every quote shows a CD price, the average of recent paid Central Dispatch loads on the lane, with the number of loads it used, and the customer never sees it. Auto price prices a new lead from those paid loads for the same vehicle, trailer and running state, and you pick the mode: show only, write it on the quote, or write it and send. For how Central Dispatch itself charges for its plans and data, read Central Dispatch pricing.
Choose ProABD if
- You want one price on the page, one admin user included, and texting billed only for what you send.
- You would rather quote from a fixed in-house algorithm than from AI.
- You want PriceBot to adjust carrier pay on your load board postings by your rules.
- You want ProABD to migrate your data from your current CRM at no charge, with setup measured in hours.
- You want Super Dispatch's own integration listing behind your dispatch tool.
- Your bookkeeper works from QuickBooks IIF files.
Choose Leader CRM if
- You set prices by what carriers were paid on the lane and want that number on each quote.
- You want follow-up to run on its own, with morning and evening texts and emails for 7 days that pause when the customer writes.
- You want AI to answer texts after hours and book the order, and an AI receptionist to answer calls, take messages and put callers through during the hours you set.
- The owner wants a dashboard with today against yesterday, a leaderboard and results by lead source.
- You want missed calls from RingCentral tracked, with who got a callback and who still waits.
Switching from ProABD to Leader CRM
ProABD's site names a QuickBooks IIF export for accounting but does not describe a full data export. Ask ProABD for your leads, quotes, orders and carrier list while the account is active; the plan is month to month, so time the request before the billing date you want to stop at. Keep loads already in two-step dispatch on ProABD until they deliver. Read how to switch auto transport CRMs before you set a date.
Take two lanes you quoted last month and run them through ProABD's trial. Then book a Leader CRM demo and ask Brian to open the CD price for the same two lanes.
