Automated follow-up for every car shipping quote
Each salesperson runs a 7-day plan: a morning touch and an evening touch, by text and email. The plan steps back when the customer writes.

Seven days, two touches a day, then it waits
Here a customer replied on the evening of day 3. Everything after that waits until the salesperson answers.
14 touches over 7 days, morning and evening
The plan waits for you.
Watch it work
Two touches a day by text and email for 7 days, until the customer answers.
Automated follow-ups: what it does
Your plan, your hours
Each salesperson turns the plan on in their profile and picks the morning and evening send times.
A template for every touch
Use the company's templates or write a custom SMS and email for any touch. Preview before you save.
Owner control
The admin panel shows every salesperson's plan, how many customers are in it, the next message and what went out today. One switch pauses it for everybody.
Held back, with a reason
Messages that should not go out are held, and the admin panel lists why.

How it works on a sales day
- Quote
The customer gets the quote and joins the plan.
- Touch
For 7 days, a morning and an evening touch go out by text and email.
- Reply
The customer answers. The plan waits and the conversation is yours.
Automated follow-ups: questions
Does it text people who replied STOP?
No. Leader CRM refuses to text a number that sent STOP.
What time do follow-ups go out?
At the morning and evening times each salesperson picks on their profile, for 7 days from the day the customer came in.
Can I write my own follow-up messages?
Yes. Pick a shared company template or write a custom SMS and email for any of the 14 touches.
What happens when a customer replies?
The plan waits. When the customer wrote last, nothing automatic goes out until the salesperson answers.
