Central Dispatch charges shippers and brokers starting at $139.95 a month for the Core plan and $214.95 a month for Premium, plus applicable tax, according to its plans page. Enterprise has no public price, and carriers have their own Core plan, also starting at $139.95 a month.

Core and Premium are both listed as "starting at" prices. Ask Central Dispatch sales what your volume will cost before you sign.

What the Central Dispatch Core plan includes

Core is the entry plan for shippers, and Central Dispatch lists it for businesses moving anywhere from 10 to 2,500 vehicles a month. It puts your loads on the marketplace where carriers search, and it includes:

  • Price Check, which shows similar loads, their listed price, price per mile, route distance and whether a carrier accepted the job (Price Check page)
  • Carrier Verification, with each carrier's FMCSA data
  • Real-Time Tracking, which starts once the carrier does the pickup inspection in the Central Dispatch app
  • Direct dispatch to a preferred carrier, dispatch management and status notifications
  • Inspections and eBOL from the carrier app, plus digital document storage
  • The Listings API and the Dispatch Document API

What Central Dispatch Premium adds

At the starting prices, Premium costs $75 a month more than Core. Central Dispatch lists four additions for that money.

Price Check Plus gives an AI price estimate and shows the final price of similar listings and the date they were dispatched. The Fulfillment and Event APIs let connected software create, cancel and update dispatches and receive real-time event notifications. A performance management team works with you on your shipping practices and holds monthly office hours. Preferred Carrier Offers let you send offers and dispatch straight to carriers you already work with.

If Price Check Plus is the only Premium feature you want, the Price Check page says it is also sold as a standalone add-on. No price is listed for it.

Which Central Dispatch plan includes API access?

Every shipper plan includes some API access. The Central Dispatch API page says Core includes the Listings API and the Dispatch Document API, Premium adds the Fulfillment, Event and Membership APIs, and the Market Intelligence API is an add-on to any plan with its own subscription.

The Listings API is the one a CRM uses to create, update and delete your Central Dispatch listings, and it comes with Core. The APIs that manage dispatches and send event notifications are Premium only. Our Central Dispatch API guide covers each API, how to get credentials and the limits that come with them.

Are there extra Central Dispatch costs?

The published prices exclude tax. The Market Intelligence API costs extra on top of Core or Premium, and the developer FAQ sends you to support for the price. For carriers, Price Check Plus and Saved Search Notifications are listed as add-ons with no price shown.

Your plan also comes with a quota. The same FAQ says a listing you delete and post again counts as a new listing against your quota, and adding or changing a vehicle on a listing counts toward your vehicle quota. If your desk pulls and reposts loads to refresh them, ask Central Dispatch how that counts on your plan.

How Central Dispatch pricing compares with Super Dispatch

Super Dispatch lists its Shipper Pro plan starting at $159 a month with 2 seats, and $79 a month for each extra seat, on its shipper pricing page (checked October 28, 2026). The two platforms sell different things, so compare features before price. Read Central Dispatch vs Super Dispatch for the side-by-side.

How to choose a Central Dispatch plan as a broker

Answer three questions first.

  1. How many vehicles do you move a month? Core is listed for 10 to 2,500 vehicle shipments a month. Past that, ask about Enterprise.
  2. What does your CRM do with Central Dispatch? If it creates and updates listings, Core's Listings API covers it. If it also manages dispatches or listens for events, you need Premium.
  3. Where do your salespeople get prices? Price Check comes with Core. Price Check Plus comes with Premium or as an add-on. If you want Central Dispatch pricing data inside your own quoting system, that is the Market Intelligence API add-on.

What a CRM adds to your Central Dispatch plan

A Central Dispatch plan covers the load once it is posted. The lead, the quote, the follow-up, the contract and the deposit happen before that, and they live in your CRM. The two should share data so nobody types the route, vehicle and price twice. What a Central Dispatch integration should do in your CRM lists what to check.

See the quote page, the orders and dispatch features and the integrations page for the details.

What to check before you pick a plan

Count the vehicles your desk moved last month and write down what your CRM does with Central Dispatch today: post listings only, or also manage dispatches. Take both answers to Central Dispatch sales and ask for the monthly price at that volume, since the plans page shows starting prices only.
