BATS CRM pricing in 2026: what each user costs per month
BATS charges $259 a month for the primary user and $59 a month for each additional user, and SMS integration adds $5 per user per month. The first month is free, BATS asks for a valid credit card at signup, and the agreement runs month to month.
BATS publishes its price list on its signup page: $259 a month for the primary user, $59 a month for each additional user and $5 per user per month for SMS integration. At those prices a desk of five pays $495 a month without SMS, and $520 with SMS for all five.

BATS bills by the number of users who logged into the software in the previous month, so each bill follows last month's logins. The $200 minimum is lower than the $259 primary user price, so at the published prices it never sets the bill.
What does BATS cost for 1, 2, 5 and 10 users?
You pay $259 for the primary user, $59 for each user after the first, and $5 per user if you turn on SMS integration:
Monthly cost = $259 + $59 × (users - 1) + $5 × users with SMS
| Users | Without SMS | With SMS for every user | Per user with SMS |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $259 | $264 | $264 |
| 2 | $318 | $328 | $164 |
| 5 | $495 | $520 | $104 |
| 10 | $790 | $840 | $84 |
Prices checked October 28, 2026. The totals are our math from the prices on the BATS signup page. BATS does not print these totals itself.
The cost per user falls as the desk grows, because the $259 primary user is spread across more people. Ten users with SMS come to $10,080 over twelve months.
Some costs sit outside the BATS bill. Your Central Dispatch subscription is billed by Central Dispatch. BATS processes cards through your own merchant processor and names Authorize.net, and the processor charges its own fees. BATS describes calls as mobile, FaceTime and VoIP calls from the record, so the phone bill stays with whatever service your salespeople call from.
What is included in the BATS price?
BATS calls itself a "complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for vehicle transportation brokers" on its home page, and its preferred CRM page adds dealers and shippers. Its pages list:
- Calls: mobile, FaceTime and VoIP calls from the customer record (bats.rocks).
- Email: drip sales email campaigns, on-demand emails and automated notifications (bats.rocks).
- Texting: email and text campaigns that BATS sends out for you (BATS learn page), with SMS integration as the $5 per user add-on.
- E-sign: eDoc signatures from customers and from carriers (bats.rocks).
- Card payments: an integration with your merchant processor that processes and stores customer cards, with Authorize.net named (BATS about page).
- Pricing: AQua Auto Pricer and Sample Pricing, both included. BATS describes AQua as its "internally managed pricing engine."
- Central Dispatch: loads posted through Central Dispatch's Listings API, and orders that update when carriers mark them picked up or delivered (BATS FAQ, preferred CRM page).
- Mobile: BATS says it works from mobile devices (BATS FAQ).
- Moving in: transfers of jTracker client data into BATS (BATS FAQ).
BATS also says, on its preferred CRM page, that it is the new preferred CRM of Central Dispatch. Central Dispatch's own API page names BATS, Message Plane CRM and Cronetic among the CRMs with API connections. After you sign up, BATS says it contacts you within one business day with your login, and you work through a setup checklist yourself.
What should you ask BATS before you sign?
- How is a user counted? The bill counts users who logged in during the previous month. Ask whether a single login makes a full user for that month.
- Who pays for SMS? Ask whether the $5 per user SMS charge covers every user or only the ones who text, and whether message fees come on top.
- When does the minimum apply? The $200 minimum is below the price of one user. Ask which bill it would ever change.
- What does the AQua Pricing API cost? The signup page says to call for the price.
- When is your card first charged? BATS needs a valid credit card to start the free month and gives no partial refunds. Ask the date of the first charge and the date your written cancel notice has to reach BATS.
- Is there a setup fee? The signup page does not list one. Get the answer in writing.
- How do you get your data out? The BATS pages we read describe moving jTracker data in and say nothing about exports. Ask what format your leads, quotes and orders come out in if you leave.
